Founder Michael Talbot lost nearly everything in his own personal water losses — only three photos of his mother survived. That experience shapes how we handle every customer's belongings. With dignity, with care, with the understanding that what looks like "stuff" to a contractor is often irreplaceable family memory.

FAQs
What can be saved after fire smoke damage?
More than you think. Most clothing, linens, photos, and even some furniture can be cleaned. We err on the side of "save it" rather than "replace it" — sentimental value can't be replaced.
How long is storage available?
For the duration of the rebuild. Climate-controlled, secured, fully insured.
Does insurance cover this?
Yes. Contents cleaning and storage are standard line items in homeowner policies.
