Odor removal. Smoke, mold, sewage, water damage.

Odor is the last thing to go after a damage event · and the most stubborn. Surface cleaning doesn't fix it. Air fresheners definitely don't. We use thermal fogging, hydroxyl generators, ozone treatment, and HEPA scrubbing to neutralize odor at the molecular level. Hamilton County + Indianapolis. 24/7.

Smoke odor after a fire. Musty odor from mold or chronic moisture. Sewage odor after a backup. Each requires a different treatment · and what works for one will not work for the others.

The four-stage odor removal process

  1. Source removal. No deodorization works if the source is still there. We remove smoke-saturated drywall, mold-bearing materials, contaminated insulation, etc.
  2. Surface cleaning. Hard surfaces cleaned with appropriate solutions (alkaline for protein smoke, acid for tannin smoke, enzymatic for biological).
  3. Air treatment. Thermal fogging fills the space with odor-neutralizing fog that penetrates the same way smoke did. Hydroxyl generators run continuously breaking down odor molecules. Ozone treatment for severe cases (unoccupied during treatment).
  4. HEPA air scrubbing. Filter airborne particulates and re-test air quality.
