Water travels. The wet spot you see is rarely where the leak actually is — water follows the path of least resistance through framing, drywall, and along plumbing runs. Our job is to find the source before we cut anything open.
How we find leaks
- Thermal imaging cameras. Wet materials read colder on infrared. We scan ceilings, walls, and floors to map moisture distribution.
- Calibrated moisture meters. Pin and pinless meters quantify how wet materials actually are, not just whether they're wet.
- Acoustic leak detection. Pressure-test plumbing runs and listen for the pressure drop / leak sound through walls and floors.
- Tracer gas / hydrostatic testing. For slab leaks and complex plumbing diagnostics.
Common leak sources we find
- Slab leaks (supply line under concrete)
- Drain line cracks behind walls
- Roof penetration leaks (flashing failures, plumbing vents)
- Window flashing failures
- HVAC condensate line clogs
- Appliance supply-line slow leaks
- Sump pit overflow during high-water-table periods

FAQs
Will you have to cut into my walls?
Only after we've located the source non-destructively. Then we cut precisely where needed — no more than necessary.
How fast can you find a slab leak?
Most slab leaks are located within 1-2 hours of on-site arrival using thermal + acoustic methods.
Do you do the plumbing repair too?
For the leak repair itself we coordinate with a trusted local plumber. Then we handle the dry-out and rebuild from our end.
