The Morning

In May 2026, our crew traded the truck and the gear for a sport coat and a name tag. Guardian Angel Restoration was a guest at the 500 Festival Breakfast at the Brickyard presented by CHA, held inside Indianapolis Motor Speedway during the lead-up to the 110th Indianapolis 500.

The 500 Festival Breakfast is one of the city's anchor civic events. Business owners, city leaders, Speedway officials, and the people who keep Indianapolis running gather inside the Brickyard for one morning. Coffee, eggs, Indianapolis 500 art on display from local artists, a pace car parked at the door, and the pylon out the window counting down to the next race.

We were there because Guardian Angel Restoration is an Indianapolis company. Hamilton County is home, and Noblesville is our office. But the region we work in stretches the whole metro, and the city of Indianapolis is the part of that story we want to be more present in.

Why Civic Matters

The restoration company that shows up to the city's breakfast is the same one that shows up when your basement floods.

Most restoration companies meet their customers on the worst day of the year. A burst pipe at 2 a.m. A fire on a Sunday afternoon. A storm that takes the back wall of a building down. That's the entire business in a sentence.

But there is a quieter test that runs underneath all of it. Is the company we are calling actually from here? Do they go to the breakfast at the Brickyard? Do they know the mayor? Do they sit at the table where decisions about Indianapolis get made, or do they show up only with a quote sheet and a phone number?

We think the answer should be both. So this is what showing up looks like outside of an emergency. Not a booth. Not a sponsor banner. Just a seat at the breakfast and a hand to shake on the way out.

Why We Were There

Indianapolis civic, at the table the city actually sits down at.

The 500 Festival has been the civic engine of Indianapolis for nearly 70 years. The Breakfast at the Brickyard is one of its anchor moments: a private, in-the-room morning at Indianapolis Motor Speedway where business owners, elected officials, and Speedway leadership share the same coffee and the same view of the pylon.

For a restoration company headquartered in Hamilton County, this is the table we want to be at when nothing is on fire. The relationships that come out of a breakfast like this are the same ones that pick up the phone at 11 p.m. when a property manager downtown needs water remediation by morning.

Two professional sports brands. One civic breakfast. One restoration company.

Guardian Angel Restoration is the exclusive restoration partner of Indy Ignite Pro Volleyball and the featured Nonprofit Of The Game partner with the Indy Fuel. Now add the 500 Festival Breakfast at the Brickyard to that map.

Same name, same crew, same phone number. The relationships are the proof.

What we do the other 11 months of the year.

When we are not at the Brickyard or on the ice with the Indy Fuel, we are at your door at 2 a.m. with a truck full of equipment. Here is what we handle.

Indianapolis is home. So is the work.
